Stunning. It looks like a comfortable place to live. Even the art is tasteful. Unlike many large homes, this doesn't feel as if you're in an airport or a museum. Though the price is absurd... 3X where it should be priced.

The owner is some surgeon that wanted to get into real estate and saw huge profit, his friends warned him years ago he was way in over his head. He ignored them and now he is in the hole pretty badly. His OG asking price was for 180 mil, something literally noone would pay. Noone is even interested in the FAR nicer house next door that costs 150 mil now (OG was 250 mil but it was sliced due to no prospective buyers whatsoever) Now he is renting it out for 1.5 million a month, which (as far as I know) noone has actually rented yet. The house next door is going for 150 million and comes with a helicopter, a full time staff and about 60 million or so in art and cars/bikes included, as well as a membership to a very exclusive hollywood movie club that allows its members to view movies in their homes before they even release in theaters. All of that THIS house does not have. I would say this house will NEVER sell for 180 million, you would have to be mental to spend that much with 924 bel air rd right next door. And knowing anything about both houses even AFTER 924 sells (if it ever does lol) noone would pay even remotely close to 150 million for 908 if they are smart. I’d say closer to 70-100 million MAXIMUM would sell this house. Just my two cents.

It does the math. Each room has 2 bathrooms. One is the toilet and another one is the shower with bath tub. The extra 2 bathrooms (toilet & shower with tub) are for occasion walk-in guests

The property maybe. Although I doubt it. Neither constructors, city, nor investors would allow such prizes, as taxation is in relation to the market value of property. Should one decline, all values around that decline, lowering taxes and sales. Nobody would allow that to happen! Potentially it was a typo, and was sold for $130 Million. I’d have to check. I don’t understand why almost none of these are tours, but instead are just extended montages. You’ve been allowed to shoot on the property; you’d imagine we’d have a realtor giving a tour of the place pointing out the details.

Hi! Good point. It just depends on what concept you are going for, walk-and-talk or more cinema style. There’s a couple creators, who do detailed tours with explanations. Sometimes shorter videos, with just music, are “easier” to consume, enjoy and be inspired by. Cheers

It may be more immersive for the viewer, to watch a snappy video with music and beautiful lighting. There are different projects in the work, including a potentially longer retro one, featuring 80s supercars and music.
