its a mix of both, the beat and the basslines are very uk street soul while the vocals are stereotypical contemporary r&b and the jazz influence feels like something actual jazz rather than anything you'd hear neo-soul (if that makes sense), i could definitely see an argument for a neo-soul x uk street soul identification though :D
