See, this is one of many reasons Ryan is such an excellent content creator. He's got four separate stories going on here. He's got the 90s guy worried about how he dies, he's got the reporter guy wanting to be replaced, he's got the Lois guy just a sort of passive bystander who wants to buy the old tree house, and the future AI(?) or ghost(?) Ryan who wants some human flesh and all these stories are interwoven and pulled off in 4 minutes.

I love this series, and I think the fact that it has a continuing story to it is great. I also noticed at the beginning of this episode that the year was 1997, now I'm not entirely sure if he started it 2 years ago but I think the 1st ever episode was set in 1995, so well done for pushing the story forward.
