Did the children appear to be in distress or afraid? Did they try to make eye contact or was their body language suspicious in any way? How insulting is it to have a stranger approach you in this way. Her sole reasoning being race. Were they crying or attempting to escape the vehicle? It's shameful. In this whole situation, she was the one to cause distress, fear, and suspicion. The kids themselves were afraid that they'd say something wrong and get Mr. Lewis hurt. Big props to Steve the field reporter revealing his own experience and how the facts can be misconstrued by people. You can see the emotion in his eyes talking about how he would even need to do anything to get across the fact that "hey, this is my daughter, i love her and take care of her. I am her father. Why cant you see that?"
