This is awesome, I'm a broke college student but my parents recently acquired a pretty cheap piece of lamp and I'm kinda considering getting a home like this since it's looking like the cheaper option right now but I still gotta factor in that I'm a young man living by myself so maybe I might not need that second bedroom

Nice rig. We went with a Grand Design Reflection 28bh 5th wheel. We’ve done lots of mods and upgrades. We’ve replaced all of the furniture and the mattress. We’ve had zero issues with our rig and are very happy with it at this point.

its crazy the amount of info i've filtered through just to find a page like this. there's tons of 'relatable' stuff out there; but not like this and what true seekers of questions are looking for. glad i found this video. i am seeking to go full time rv'ing, and decided on the travel trailer. this is after hours and hours researching the difference and pros and cons between that and like 5th wheels etc. Then once i made that choice, several more hours finding what travel trailer make and model is the best, and so many results came up 1st. this was the true video of information sharing i've been looking for. clever name too, glad i found you guys. hoping to do the same and create a sweet vlog, and rent our house currently to continue funding the dream.

Really awesome video. I’ve been trying to decide between a fifth wheel or a travel trailer. This video and the last one about why you bought a tt are pushing me closer to a reflection 315 tt I think it is. I’d get the bunk house just for the office space. Blessings and safe travels to you all

What internet solution do you use that's adequate for gaming?
@925Dropouts4 жыл бұрын
We use OTR mobile which is switching from T-Mobile to AT&T on October 1st. It has unlimited data not throttling for $80-$90 a month. We also use a WeBoost RV 65 signal booster that helps us get a stronger signal when we are in more remote locations. We typically get 20-35Mbps when near larger towns or cities and 10-17 Mbps in more rural areas. It is enough to stream HD Netflix/Disney +. To be honest our ping is not that great but it is a mobile hotspot.

Hi is that an aftermarket shower head from Lowe’s or something? Or is it the one that actually comes in the RV? Looks expensive! And how much is it to park your RV in a park per night? I guess you pay a monthly fee and they provide you with electric and water and all that good stuff?

@sandic17193 жыл бұрын
We just bought one of these (2021) and the retail price is $58,500 with the 2nd AC unit. The dealerships can change the price and we got it for $49,900. Pick it up in 2 weeks. We upgraded from an Imagine 22RBE and can't wait to get into this bigger unit. We are full timers.

Nice video. Im considering getting an rv to live out of full time as I tend to move around for work a fair amount. Therefore I wanted something that would be high quality and hold up to it. Grand design is one of manufacturers I have been researching and leaning towards. It was nice to see a well made video.

Steve, we use. 2018 RAM 2500 with the 6.7L Cummins. It pulls it no problem! We also use a 14K equalizer hitch as well as air bags in the rear of the truck. Thanks for watching and if you have anymore questions let us know!

Thank you for the videos! I'm also going to buy a Grand Design within a month. I'm looking forward to the full time RV life! Question for you... Do you use some sort of program to get discounts on RV campgrounds? Or do you boondock a lot? I'm wanting to have the ability to use campground hookups and stay in halfway decent places without breaking the bank.

We are members of Thousand Trails, Passport America and Harvest Hosts. However, depending on where you want to stay is what you should purchase. Make sure to do your research on any memberships before you buy! The best way to do this is to subscribe to RV groups on Facebook and use the search bar within the page. A wealth of good info can be found on those pages on all of the membership programs. There are so many Facebook RV pages, it's an incredible resource!

Great video! Now to my question; we have the same GD model and ours did not come with a second A/C either...bummer. Do you mind sharing the exact model that you installed in the bedroom? Did you have it installed? How much did it cost you? Thanks and safe travels! BTW I think the square footage is what they use to come up with the model names, so this would be 312 sqft model.
@925Dropouts4 жыл бұрын
Hello, sorry for the delayed response. We were out and about all day! I installed the exact same model that is in the living room. Coleman Mach 15. It cost about $1200 for the unit, control board, and thermostat. Not really to tough do yourself as all the wiring is all ready in place and you can take the cover off the one in the living room for wiring reference.
