The care home system for the elderly provides personal care and provides mainly drugs and food which is not healthful for the residents. Prolonging life is not the same as providing and encouraging a healthful life.

Best interview ever. Been following Fred for 30 years and he never changes in his approach to health. Helped me and many many people. I'm a 78 year old woman who tries to eat raw as much as possible. Haven't seen the need to see a doctor in 10 years. Just do the best you can and you will see results.

yes agreed but it can be tricky doing yoga when it’s nerves and disc bulges for example; stretching is not always the way, I had to do nerve ‘flossing’ when I had sciatica (that pain that shoots doen the leg) as some stretches just made it worse. For someone here it might be worth checking out physios on youtube (or in person obviously) re nerve flossing for sciatica. ❤

I have to say Gillian Berry is Gorgeous for her age wow!. I've been vegan for 2 months due to high blood pressure , bad sleeping habits , bad eating habits , etc... When I went vegan I just never looked back. I feel healthier , my system runs much better , and I'm in a much better mood.

I am now deciphering best eating practices to be a stand in for my gall bladder on a raw vegan diet. Healthy assimilation of fats, fat emulsifires, B vitamins, best time to eat high fat meals, digestive enzymes...etc.,

So much wisdom from this guy and most importantly he doesn't push one and only way of living on everyone.he understands we are all different and what works for one doesn't necessarily work for others, but there is a way for everyone. He understands that everything is connected (mind, body and spirit). Just don't go extreme be open minded , don't beat yourself up if you make a mistake, admit it and keep on moving. Be kind use your common sense. . Amen 🙏🙂
