I'm proud of her too. I can relate. As a single Mom of 7, I've been through a lot and barely survived. I'm now in my 70s. My kids are ok, but I neglected myself. God sent me here... her story gives me hope. Forget the pity party and get on with it! Blessings!

Rich: "Walk me through a day in the life of like food, fitness, being a chef" Babbling Babette, proceeds to evade the question about what she eats. Why do you suppose that is?
@starvedbaby2510
@starvedbaby2510 Жыл бұрын
@@citizenjournalist2533 actually says that she makes her own hamburgers on this show, She also says her mother left her with different people bc she was to prideful to take food stamps, Well when she was 5 years old in 1957 there were NO food stamps programs, All the things she states she went through as a child she still finds it in her to say, she is happy to not have to have dealt with racism. That blew my mind that she said it was a great thing she was only molested and cruelty treated by her own people. People she knew and trusted There was NO welfare when she was 5 She is blaming the system for her mothers choices This woman was amazing alright , she was just an attention seeker Or flat out liar

Babette wore the perfect colour - she is a ray of sunshine 🌞 We need more people to take note, step up and speak out with love, for love. I totally agree that Government should step aside and let us feed ourselves with the best possible foods. There’s so much vacant land available that could be used to feed people who don’t have access to fresh fruit and veg. 💛

But the government is allowing these companies to put these chemicals in our foods. Which cause cancer- which sends us constantly to the doctors- doctors prescribes medication- we go to pharmacy to get medications that Dr. prescribed. Government- food industry-healthcare industry-pharmaceutical industry- viscous cycle- everyone making money off of the people for the lack of knowledge- we have a sick care model in the U. S.- this is why they are opposed universal healthcare- because the above industries will not make the money. I healthcare should be focused on healthcare prevention.

What a beautiful ray of sunshine. I've had a similar life experience. I just recently divorced divorced my 2nd abusive husband. I decided to forgive and not be angry now learning to love myself. No more blaming my mom for leaving me to care for my siblings while she was heroin addicted. Running the streets and leaving us to be babysat by a child molester. I decided to let it go unpacking it and allowing me to forgive myself. I hope 🙏🏾 to blossom into a beautiful woman as Babette

Love her!!!! What a lady. I interview people to write their resumes. One of my clients was a product manager years ago for big pharmaceutical - a cholesterol drug. His comments talking about the role was they had so much money to promote it, because it was such a huge seller (Australia). This is where the problem lies, healthy people don't make anyone money. Illness is profitable.

Please continue the journey while sharing what clearly you have been chosen to do (unafraid and strong). I believe this is the icon my mom was telling me about. Her journey IS very inspiring!🥰 She had to start all over from the bottom when she lost everything. Her story tells me that one's resilience matters no matter our circumstances. Yes. She is rich now, but was she ALWAYS rich and wealthy? Those are the stories leaders, visionaries and entrepreneurs need to hear. Don't look at where people are now alone. Go back to the beginning. Tell the entire story of one's journey to prosperity and success.👍🏾💯

What an inspiration! Such a a lot of trauma in Babette’s early life. It’s wonderful to see her looking so happy and healthy and facing life head on with love and positive actions. Since I’ve been vegan I’ve been really disappointed in being charged extra for plant milk. I live in Sydney but I heard there’s a cafe in Melbourne that charges a “cruelty tax” for any orders requesting cow’s milk! Turning the tables. There should be more like that. Nanette, if you read this, you look fantastic! Thanks for the great video/podcast.

Absolutely beautiful. Five years ago I couldn’t get out of my house plans have changed my life and saved it. Your story is amazing. I live in the chemical waste land. I have a 12 acre organic farm that is surrounded by chemical farming. I watch the cattle trucks every day go down the highway a mile from my farm. Toxic corn, wheat feedlots dairies all surrounding me. Being a farm kid, it was quite a transition as 3 countries told me the same thing. All my neighbors were poisoning me and the world. Every year I plant seeds and do my best to help them grow. And every year it’s a gamble if it will be drifted with toxic chemicals and I have to destroy it all. This is the reality of organic farming. We are running out of water, but China and Canada are building a 2 mile long feedlot. China already owns a co-op that the corn will come from to feed the cattle. So your tax money that pays the farmers to grow the GMO corn is going to China owned companies in the US. Since I speak organic farming on my channel I get chemical and GMO seed commercials While I’m watching this video. We must continue to share the truth about quality food. I do not have a fancy KZbin channel just the truth about food and what you’re bringing home to your children. now KZbin put ads on my videos, even though I do not want them. The truth about food should be free not sold. Go grow something worth eating because you’re worth it :-)

I have so much respect for this woman, her journey, and her decision to choose LOVE DIVINE. This is the definition of a warrior.. To have gone through all those atrocities from such an early age and still choose LOVE!!!!!! is not easy, but it's possible!!!! And that's why it's so important for her to tell her story. Thank you both for allowing this story to be told. Divine Blessings always! One LOVE 🙏💚🙏💚👍

Rich Roll, I'm deeply thankful for this interview. I've known about Chef Babette Davis a few years. However, it was all pretty surface: she looks & seems wonderful; energetic, loving vegan, elder from my race & gender. I knew she'd had drug addiction possibly stemming from trauma. Yet I managed to convince myself that she's an age-defying, pretty, Pollyanna exempt from the despair I regularly suffer. This has been an eye opener- particularly since there are some things she suffered which I didn't. I'm glad her life is so full of joy, love and health. May she have many decades more. Thanks again, Rich for the work and love you share here. Seth Godin and now Babette Davis. Instead of shame around where I'm not preventing me from watching, I can learn to survive and overcome the pain and disappointment by coming here more often. 🙌🏿❤🤲🏿💃🏿🙏🏿❤
