That glide hesi is so underrated as a set up move. Even if ya defender can recover he is susceptible to a counter when he turns his hips

I swear I just used this video to get better at 2K😂 I always played football but watching these videos and bballbreakdown has grown my love for the game and allowed me to find a new way to lose weight by learning the basics of b-ball .So I can pass it on to my sons. Big ups to you Phill.

I offer my testimony to Coach Phil and his product. I use your channel and subscribe to your 94 Feet of Game app to train and improve my 8 and 10 yr-old boys’ game. My 10 yr-old is so nice now, he was chosen to be the feature kid in an OklahomaCity Thunder commercial. It is his goal to come train with you some day along his journey. Thanks for being that guy. You’re one of a kind.

0:13 Tip for Defenders always slide with them and keep your hand thats away from the ball low. So if they have the ball in the right hand keep your right hand low.

I thought that I was the only person that saw the importance of a mid range game, the 3 point shot is extremely beneficial to today's game,however, anyone who can master the mid range game,will always have to spot on the floor. Awesome advice coach

I’m giving this a thumbs up. However, some improvements IMO. Buy a gimbal for the camera. There’s already a lot of movement and the video’s shaking too much. I was trying to observe the movement and had to rewind a couple of times. Took a 5 min break after to rest my eyes.

Although you can keep forward speed/momentum better with the push cross because it crosses over the upper section of the body instead of the legs so your legs are free from interruption.

@eezzzybucketz38554 жыл бұрын
There is no bit in between...If they don’t commit fully then you still got them beat just as if they ddnt move at all because you’ve still got a step and advantage in leverage.
