been retuned and revving to 9100 at the moment, makes 370whp as of a few days ago on 19 psi on the new sc34 .82 exhaust housing. tuned on crome gold.

Well I bought the car with the built motor and turbo set up on it for 5400. Then put another $1500 in suspension into it. Everything needed replaced underneath. Got another build on the way on my 4dr EG. Gonna do all this myself. Already got the turbo setup and internals. Hopefully will get vid of that over this winter

I already found a package of vitara pistons and eagle rods and bearings, then I was checking out a cxracing turbo kit. I know they're cheap kits..any suggestions? I know I need a tune as well as bigger injectors..what else? I love your work. I want mine to be exactly like that.

Just found out from the guy I traded that he sold the car and the guy pulled the block apart, only to find no forged internals. All that was on this were the cam and springs.

this isnt a D Motor its a built B16 most likely with a type R head and they can happily rev to 10k

Bisi 3.6 showed no gains comparing to a 2.4 for boost pressures under 20psi. BTW high rpms and 400+hp on stock D series block is not a good idea.

Michael Hagler It was a custom 3 inch downpipe to a custom 3 inch full aluminum exhaust with just a vibrant muffler at the end. Was an amazing system with v-bands to section it. Could lift it with one finger...aluminum ftw

sorry,i thought you were trolling :) most people do not CHOOSE to drive with low boost, if an engine is not properly reinforced i.e. sleeves, forged internals. driving with higher than 7-8 psi can cause massive engine failure, boost is like doritos, you can never have enough. once again sorry for the hostility

This Guy Boost doesn't kill engines... Boost is almost an irrelevant factor when considering the life of an engine. I could tell you now I'm running a stock Y8 block, and I'm pushing 15psi and have been for three years or whatever. Or I could say I'm on a stock Y8 block, and I blew it up on 6psi in a couple hours. The reason being, that 15psi could be fed from a TD04L, which (on a healthy engine) wouldn't cause any issues. But if that 6psi is on a PTE6262 .82a/r then the story is a different one entirely...
