Small wheel mounted fenders, front and back, would look freaking awesome on this build, with everything else you've done. They'd fit in with the look and will keep those front wheels from kicking dirt in your face. Love this little cart, man.

@M.TTT.3 жыл бұрын
@@kbakeritsallaboutnobody.5761 yeah, plexi will just shatter right? Doubt anything would fly thru it or too far though at least. I mean higher chance it does with the plexi, but if he was really worried about it, he coulda made it all steel.

Awesome builds! Love your channel. I think you need something more than springs to hold that fuel cell. An expansion chamber uses spring but thats just to create a seal. There are fasteners to hold it in place. If you crash or hit a bump that tank is going to bounce all over. You need a buckle or strap you can torque down.

A tip I learned about welding aluminum is to preheat it. Get a hot plate from Walmart or wherever to have in the garage. Heat up the aluminum beforehand and it’ll make it much easier to weld and it will especially help with dirtier metal as it’ll help bleed out some of the contaminates. Aluminum is extremely porous so it soaks up oils and gases pretty easily

Find a CanAm Spyder brake pump/cylinder and use it in this project. CanAm Spyder uses one brake pedal to brake three wheels at the same time, one in the back - two up in the front. Exactly the situation you have with this cart. I hope this idea helped. Cheers from Croatia!
