Thanks for the video and the great tips! I think for my first one, I'll work on a neck that's not worth more than my car!👍😎🎸🎶

Fret polarity is a new one for me! I'm going to have to add that to my list of todos for every fret job. I'd say if anyone could pick it out, Eric would be the one.

I see so many people pull frets up instead of pushing them out. Sure you can "fix" the damage to the fret board. But why not limit the damage to begin with. Neat trick with the solder.

Is that a 747 or 727 at 1.20....was thinking of doing my own fret job 😳 on my 63,never seen heard about wire being pushed in from the sides before.....hence remove them same way.....time to get that soldering gun out guys.....🥶

Thank you for the vid, really great stuff but there is one thing I don't quite get. You say the fingerboard was flat in 1962 but I thought that Fender had a 7.5" radius on purpose? I'm actually buying new guitar with that radius because it feels more comfortable

+Anna-Clara By "flat" he meant "level", the fretboard is radiused, but its plane from the nut to the 21st fret should be level, i.e. "flat".

I meant flat along the string path; top to bottom.
