@@GretaPiazza but nobody wants him to be hurt. That was very nerve-wracking to watch, even though the fact that the video is up means there was no issue. Even if you’re used to chainsaws, doing something like that only causes increased risk for the sake of a few minutes and is how accidents happen. There were many safer ways to do that than work on the back of the trailer and cutting so much wood at once.

31:00 : you better put a small rubber button on the wall. Otherwise the handle of the fridge will inevitably get damaged from hitting the stone wall. Just a very small rubber button at a strategic place will do the trick.

What an accomplishment in 2023. You are living in your home in the Italian Alps. I enjoy your videos so much. There are so many videos out there and I appreciate your professional and organized way of going about your renovation. I have learned so much from you. I hope your Holiday is filled with fun, warmth and love with your family. Also, I am a lifetime gardener. It gives me such serenity. When you speak to Johannes again, I suspect his plants are being destroyed by aphids. The best way to stop them is to make up a solution of a couple table spoons of oil, any edible oil and water and one drop of dish washing soap. shake it up and spray it on the stems and flowers. It is not toxic and it will smother the aphids and their eggs. My grandmother gave this advice to me when I used to garden with her. Perhaps that is why I love it so, It makes me feel close to her still. I am about to start my year five in Italy. Happy Happy Holidays

I love the ridge on Johannes' roof. I also like the walls of Johannes' kitchen (is that stucco?) - it really lightens things up. Love the bird's eye view of Johannes' place - neat how it's tiered.
