Cathie B It's not on the market yet. I'm looking to be ready to list it in the spring. I will consider him when the time is closer "IF" he even does NE Alabama area. I like the idea he does UTube videos on real estate. I'm 50 miles south of Chattanooga. 15 miles or so to the GA line. And lol, my property isn't going to be anywhere near the prices of those million dollar homes. But it is nearly new, like I mentioned only 12 yrs old. My place is perfect for those into homesteading and all that goes along with that. I have a nice "No Til Method" large garden area right behind the house. I've been using it and it's in great shape all freshed up with compost and proper wood chips for this spring season. The property is also great for those preppers too wanting to be self sustainable because it's in a rural area, with 2 water sources along with county water too. All on a mountain area that not many people realize even exists. 5 minutes to a country store gas station & dollar store. 20 minutes to Walmart and to the very small town of Fort Payne. Everyone here farms and would defend in shtf scenerio if ever happened. There's Only few ways to get up here with deepest canyon east of the MS on one whole side of it. I love it here but Im needing to down size. All my children are grown and live in other states. But thank you for your comment.

Why is it so common to have the horses in closed rooms? Where I live noone would want that, stalls without windows are the cheapest to get, and noone wants that for the horse. Most people want paddockstalls for tve horses so that they can go in and out as they please. Fresh air, something to look at, possibility to take a sunbath. That fencing is atrocious. Sheep fencing is one of the worst forms of fencing to use with horses, ESPECIALLY if they're shod. It'll take a lot of money just to pull that down and re-fence it. Yikes. They shouldn't even have that fencing anywhere the horses could possibly have access to, it's so dangerous.
@jamiegreen75375 жыл бұрын
The fence is fine I have my horse's around it all the time and it's not just sheep fence it all round livestock fence it's great
@jaykneegarner24794 жыл бұрын
The fencing is No climb not sheep fencing! The holes in no climb are 2” wide and 4”long and have small wire ties instead of being welded! Certain types even have extra wires that narrow the openings enemy smaller! This is literally the safest fence option for horses! Properly installed they will bounce off it harmlessly if they run into it! If they kick it will simply deflect the foot! Add to it the predator protection aspect and it’s a win in my book! Sheep fence which has larger openings 6”x 4” at the widest( top) and 2”x6” bottom. I will agree is not safe unless used in conjunction with a strong electric fence!
@katharineforsyth18704 жыл бұрын
@@jamiegreen7537 you're absolutely wrong. This is incredibly dangerous, if a horse kicks or strikes their leg through with enough force, the fence will completely strip the leg. All the soft tissue. I've seen dozens of this type of injury, either from celled fencing like this, or from high tension wire, which is another extremely dangerous fencing type. I worked for a vet in Virginia, and the first horse ever to have a leg successfully amputated was by that vet, and from this type of fencing. If you're using this type of fencing, you're not nearly educated enough to even own horses.
