This is a great Video. This brings back painful memories which i have been enduring. My relationship of 5 years ended 3 months ago. The love of my life decided to leave me, I really love her so much I can’t stop thinking about her, I’ve tried my very best to get her back in my life, but to no avail, I’m frustrated, I don’t see my life with anyone else. I’ve done my best to get rid of the thoughts of her, but I can’t, I don’t know why I’m saying this here, I really miss her and just can’t stop thinking about her.

💚Love "What if it all works out" Mel. I also love the simple phrase, "Why not?" When we're young, it seems like the default is positive/yes unless proven otherwise, but as adults the default tends to become negative/no ("Why?" or "Why should I?') so I just love the simple, open-heart, open-minded phrase, "Why not?"

Hi Mel - I love you and love your podcasts, its been a daily to listen to helping me through panic disorder and anxiety.. I like you were am on medication, but I do not want to go decades on it - can you do a video of how it was coming off meds, how it happened, how you felt and what you did and when you started to feel free from it without meds PLEASE

Mel, LOVE YOUR KZbin channel, and can’t thank you enough for this free training! I can’t wait to start on mine, but it has to be a day when I’m not working, as right now my work day leaves my brain too tired to do much of anything else but want to chill out and relax. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Mel!! You are so amazing, and I definitely needed to hear this as a worrier myself. Many things have changed that are out of my control lately. The biggest being the newly realized toxic relationship I have with my son. Causing us not to have a relationship, and now Mothers Day is right around the corner. My heart is broken, and now I am in search of myself. I find it really hard to get myself out of this worry loop and cant wait to try this method. I can't say thank you enough for your podcast and feel grateful to hear your voice and possible solutions for me to experience. ❤

One of the best things you can teach your children is that parents make mistakes and can apologize for those mistakes. Model that behavior so that they will see it is okay to f@ck up, too.

Boy, do you have that right! We live in such a mean, self centered negative state these days. I’m always amazed when a random person comes up to me and is positive rather than negative! It’s such an uplifting feeling and I ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO THANK THEM IMMENSELY! I also practice being kind, polite and complimentary to others every day, so it might help the universe equaling things out! Pay it forward is such a great concept, so we’ll remember to.give out good vibes, instead of rude, mean unkind treatment!!
