@@an_anonymous_potato Probably not. It'd be difficult to actually get the ink into a container used for fountain pens, and most pens generally have ink specifically designed to work best when writing. Stuff like making it dry less quickly, write smoothly, etc. The ink in inventory control tags is just used to make a big mess and ward people away from theft, so I imagine that it isn't great for your average writing utensil.

Tune in next week--------------- This jerk will show us how to get cash from an ATM by just using "Dental Floss". It costs millions of dollars for businesses to purchase ant-theft protection for the stores. Every time an item is stolen it costs consumers more and more. Target, Kroger, Walmart, REI stores have closed due to mass-shoplifting. If the tag is left on after purchase, take it back to the store and have the tag removed. Problem solved. Don't risk damaging the item by trying to remove the Anti-theft device yourself.

Since when has walmart sold clothing valuable enough for security tags, and since when has the lockpicking lawyer bought clothes at walmart?
@lordkayx
@lordkayx 4 жыл бұрын
@@DEATHBYFLYINGCDS I used to work retail and learned that all retail stores have a risk assessment level based on a few factors, but mainly whether or not the location is in a "bad neighborhood" and how heavy potential foot traffic is . That's why some walmarts have razors and perfume behind glass and some dont. But I honestly think he misspoke, because I have never seen any walmart use an ink tag. When this happens to me it's usually from Ross, or TJ Max or an outlet type place that gets it clothes from higher end stores, and the tags are left on by them. Also This guy commenting is making a shoplifting joke, and the lock pickin lawyer never said he was at walmart. You see he is implying that the ink tag was not on there by accident, and that the L.P.L. is making a hasty video in the bathroom so he can steal the item. If your interested to know more then you can check the above video out, just watch it from beginning to end, or at all, this time around. It will make any comment on a comment a lot more accurate. This way you can be fully informed and dont have to be embarrassed by making a fucking idiotic mistake. -This has been the LockStalkingTroller, and until next time, stay in 5th grade.

I saw that the inventory tag was on it when i got home. I managed to procrastinate until I lost the receipt and then further down the road until K-Mart went out of existence. The very nice shirt was lost to time a couple years ago when i moved. It used to turn up every six months or so but I'm pretty sure it's gone for good. That'll teach me.

I think both are technically correct, though on is typically better vernacular. KZbin is not a surface we reside upon watching videos, nor is it a dark room we watch videos in. The second would refer to another popular website... I think it got its preference because we watch the videos on a television or monitor, which has a surface, so we use the word on because it relates to the actual device. However, in about 10 years, when everyone is going to be wearing virtual or augmented reality glasses or headsets, would we technically be "in" the youtube videos at that point? People will be saying they saw it in the tubes, and at that point, you would be allowed to shoot them.

@@crispybacon7937 that's debatable, though I highly doubt the majority Will be saying "in" for a long Time since KZbin Is More of a spectator platform where people watch and at most interact vía comments. Used self checkout during Xmas shopping and no one came over to remove. Beeps went off going out but it was busy so I thought I’ll just clip it off when I go home. Haven’t had a security tag in awhile and didn’t realize they use ink now. Used another vid but it wasn’t clear about the separation, so I was trying to pull them apart. This video was concise in saying to PUSH them together with the magnet. Worked like a charm and saved me the trip back.

Only if you put the tag on your old clothes and hide it somewhere in the store. It's actually a mutually beneficial relationship. I take those cheap, normal, clean, blue, blue jeans and wear them for a bit; getting months of use out of some pants. Then when I return them with the dye faded, knees worn through, and covered in blotchy stains; Kohls gets to sell them as upcharged "distressed" blue jeans. Win-Win really.
