Hi. Your facebook group is for members only. To download the files, I need access to the group. I Asked for access some days ago but my membership is still pending. Can you do something about this?

I played this the other day and had a blast! Back-to-back dragon encounter rolls had me limp over the finish line with 2 out of 9 dice still alive

I really like the dice system. It’s clever.

I've recently become huge a fan of Four Against Darkness ever since I got the core book on a whim, and found myself enraptured with it. I plan to collect all the expansion books for it to see what all that game can do. Andrea Sfilligoi is a fantastic game designer, so seeing this has me pretty intrigued too. It might not have the long-lasting campaign potential of 4AD, what with the 9 quests format, but still seems really interesting. I'll have to give it a look sometime. :)

The dice management system is so innovative. I think it streamlines combat al lot.

I'll be getting my copy this Saturday. I usually not a dice pool mechanic fan but this is so well organized it might just be my gateway into this kind of dice mechanic. Thanks for a really nice video highlighting this games best features.

Very interesting system. Could be a good core mechanic for a multiplayer rpg too. Might take a little work, but it's thought provoking anyway.

It seems like Ranger might be easy mode for the specific Quest you were on (Quest 5) since it has a chance of facing a Danger with every hex explored. Glancing at the other Quests, it seems like most games would have a lot more combat than Dangers, making the other classes probably stronger. I bet if you play more, the Ranger will feel pretty balanced.

Tempted, but it feels a little underdeveloped with not enough random tables for regular foes and not enough game mechanics to mitigate bad rolls. Maybe that is by intention to keep it light but there’s a part of me that feels this is a (very we’ll developed) template for a much more interesting game that isn’t yet completed.

I can see that. I think it’s just a real simple kind of filler game almost. Almost like a lunch break game.

@@TheDungeonDive What turns me off the most is needing to purchase both the pdf and physical book if you want to play with the physical book. Those needed maps and character play sheet should be posted somewhere for free. Unless I missed it when checking drivethru, they are not.
