The chicken sauce looks like " Alabama White Sauce " from Alabama USA used on Chicken and Pork, and it is thinner than gravy. The meal looked great and awesome job.

This is an insane amount of food eaten very slowly. Like alarmingly slow. I get eating a ton of food, eventualy anybody just gets sick of it and needs to choke it down as quick as possible. But you just eat it slow and enjoy it and comment about it all the way through?? Thats... Mindblowing. P s: ....and youre not gross to watch either! Super clean eater and you skip thru anything gruesome. Great job.

Hi Zermatt fun fact about wild olives it used to operate at changi airport T2 Canteen that time was under Select grp till it renovated and koptiam grp took over they moved out must try their grill catfish with creamy sauce herbs potatoes mushroom rice and mushroom chowder

Wild olives in the past doesn't sell pork items but now they do their pasta and seafood agilo olio also worth mentioning too before 2015 changi airport t1 and t2 have great food at there however after other f&b acquisition and renovated all the old stalls subsequently moved out

wild olives is my favourite western food hawker stall. if the queue wasn't an hour, I could eat it every other day! you should totally go and try. beware the queue though, the queue never ending one hahaha

Oh i have been here, location is KNS though. Mash potato is really GOAT lah restaurant no comparison. Duck confit i had better. Anw I think you made the correct choice of wild charcoal compare to wild olive. Another two western recommendations I can give are Eddy's (hong lim) Meet Paul (Tangjong Pagar)

@@j_k_rz to be fair i only tried the duck confit and their side. Their 300g steak at $36 seems to be fairly priced, should be better than blackgoat. The mash potato is really GOAT, only one comparable one in sembawang.
