This house is so tastefully done, the design is just amazing without being too big and without all those unnecessary rooms and areas that never get used and just the maintenance is such a pain in the ass. This house is definitely my vibe.

When we got to see the $40k mansion I had an uneasy feeling trying to picture the family over for thanksgiving and seeing everyone off on a different room doing their own thing. Might as well take the fam to a mall and drop everyone off at the entrance. This is a zen family home, I would never leave.

I agree with you Adam. Also my fav house by far. Not too big and it feels so alive! Other mansions are decorated minimalistic and most of the things are white and cold. But this one feels so different. The decoration, the use of so many different materials for the fassade and the interior makes the house feel so zen and complete.

I've seen many modern houses and most of the time they feel very cold and shiny, but this one is the best one I've seen. Like they said early in the video, it actually seems cozy but also open enough. I feel it has to be the textures and colors of the wood floors and rock walls that make it feel more homely. Thanks for the great tour.

Very peaceful home. Fun Fact: Helicopters with no tail rotor (NOTAR's) are substantially quieter since majority of the noise is generated by having one.

This home is incredibly great. I love almost everything in it. Lots of green, it's perfect. The choice of materials... The only things I wouldn't have chosen would be, Miele for the kitchen, and Apple for the home control. Everything else is just perfect, for me at least, comfortable, practical, luxurious and warm. Kitchen stuff is standard sized so easy to change and about the Apple stuff, if might be a problem if all the system is build on it because it's probably not compatible with anything, plus it's integrated in the wall so it might need some work. Except this issue this house is a gem. 🙂 even without the view and you get some from the rooftop. PS : About the fire, it uses ethanol and the flame is not "very hot" and has no residue, it's more for the aesthetic of the flame and the ambiance, not to warm up the room. About the shower : Come on man, it's West Hollywood... "Him in the middle, and her and her on the sides" LOL. Be more creative in your fantasm LOL.

I can't believe I missed this one. Your right Michael, it reminds me of Thailand with a zen vibe. Very private....love the top outdoor 3rd floor...what an entertainer delight & a great use of the roof. Definitely feng shui....would like to see more of a feminine touch (lighter finishes) & would do without the rockwall features as it reminds me of a cabin up in the woods. Nice lush landscape, beautiful pool yard with a great waterfall feature....very private & easy to maintain. I'm sure now if it was back on the market, it would be no less than 8 figures. Whomever bought this very peaceful home is surely lucky. I also love that there's so much light & airy. What a nice place to call home. This one is so much nicer than those super mega homes.

Every room, every interior finish is of such high quality and beauty. Celebrity-level privacy and security one block from BH. Are you kidding? Yes the house is very nice but all it is are 'boxes' put side by side and on top of each other. If I ever had that much money to spend on a home I want REAL loving craftsmanship, a really Interresting cool home with detail and buildt very sturdy but warm and inviting. I want a Steven King type home. The home in the video is very nice and beauitful in it's own ways but not 11 million worth. You're paying for the status thing of being in Bollywood. I would like to see the same house that is in this video built the exact same way and build it in West Virgina and what would they try to sell it for. I bet even though very nice and beauitful...I bet it wouldn't sell for $11. MILLION.
