We've had that rubber mulch around our plants for about 3-4 years and it is fantastic. The color does not fade AND best of all the weeds don't like it and they don't pop up through the mulch!!! NO weed pulling!!!! 😀Love that property up there in the forest - beautiful!!!

I am from Maine I have watched this before and I think this is just beautiful I have watched Will and Becky’s other larger house video 18 times at least I think they are awesome and thank for your service Will and Becky you are a great designer my granddaughters would love the loft too ! Lol and my first grandson will be two in October the outdoors is beautiful love what u did with it ! I love this one! I like the kitchen, and the drawer u er the fridge, and cabinets so much. (I love a gas stove/oven and could have a farm sink too in the same space.) the wood inside makes it seem bigger, and it’s lovely! The room separations, oddly enough, also seem to make it larger! It seems like there would be enough room for a small cabinet and wee bit bigger sink in the bathroom? Lovely!

I wish the homes were going to people who truly needed them. Lately, it seems more wealthy buyers are purchasing as a second home or investment, like the one in this video sounded. There are so many people who are desperate for a home or living in cars that could benefit from tiny home ownership.

So, who's supposed to foot the bill for these unfortunate people to OWN their homes? ITH is a for-profit business, but they charge much less than their competitors, so that's how ITH helps. Money is tight for everyone these days, including people like me who are saving money now for their tiny. Don't begrudge people who buy these homes as investment properties. They worked and saved to afford these homes and have the right to spend their money any way they want, without being shamed by others.

Airb&bs are not helping the housing crisis. That’s for sure. They are a problem. You don't need to be rock bottom to need help and there's a cascade effect when people start losing homes, property values start plummeting, repeating cycles of foreclosures, etc... System needs stability as much as it needs options to have a viable system for all...

Gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Though much smaller, it reminds of my grandparent’s cottage in MD on the Chesapeake. The only thing I would’ve done differently is to make the partition between bedroom & living room a little taller and made the top with drawers underneath for some clothes storage.

One of the best things about owning a tiny house is being able to invest in the nicer things inside. That's what I did when I built mine. My windows aren't cheap. I have all wood inside. Then I had some custom things made like my lamp shades, my door and even have a stain glass piece over one of my loft windows. With Randy's incredibox homes, I can visualize all kinds of neat stuff!!

Love it. I'm building a 10 x 28 lay out almost the same. Alittle wider and smidge longer bathroom cuz I want a 36x36 shower and alittle longer bedroom a foot or two . And bigger livingroom. Love the water tank placement. And no loft for us... No stairs for me ANYMORE of any KIND 😳 Plus ,We like the height. Beautiful home and decorating it looks so good. The only thing I would do differently is have some kind of wall not going to the ceiling. I just don’t like to see a bed in the kitchen or living room area.
