Hi, This is Amit, and I plan to move to Dubai with my wife in the month of May-2022. My Office will be based in Business Bay, and looking for rented property nearby. I have seen your latest video and would like to know whether you paid any commission while selecting the property.
@IndiansAbroad2 жыл бұрын
Hey Amit, here in most properties the property is managed by agencies and you need to pay commission 5% to them which is unfortunate but that's thr rule. Know before hand if there is commission or not. Try to get that property where you don't hv to give commissions

Congratulation on your new home and successful move from Abu Dhabi to Dubai. Your journey mirrors my family's move from New Delhi to the USA in the 1970s. The challenges are diff but yet the same, accommodation and jobs are the most important & learning about the complex subway sys was very challenging. Now looking back 52 odd years later life was quite hard as there were social issues, crime, etc. One thing which we were not prepared for was the death of our parents in a foreign land, who, what, and where to look for guidance. These questions are faced by all first-generation immigrants. Well, now I live in Florida, and enough about me. Please Email me if you need any further info. Thank God for KZbin. My only question is now that you have sunk so much money in your property. What happens if you lose a job and can't get a visa from your new employer do you have to sell your property or do you keep your property for life. As you know there is no GREEN CARD, in Dubai & you canot stay as long as you want, no restrictions like in the USA. In Dubai as soon as your visa runs out people have to pack up and leave. Thanking you in advance God Bless you and the family.

I'm so happy you guys have moved to Dubai. I guess everybody over here is happy too. Since your travel time has been cut which was quite time consuming for y'all to travel back and forth from Abu Dhabi to Dubai to shoot videos for your KZbin Channel. Loved the houses. Even I loved the houses with standing showers. The last apartment was the best, it was big, quite spacious, lots of sunlight. Lots of storage space which is a must for families. One important thing I'd like to advise y'all. Kind of lived without a gas stove once, so I realized something that came in handy. Always keep an electric kettle. It's portable and doesn't need gas cylinder. I use to use my electric kettle not only to make tea or coffee, but I use to make my noodles in it, french fries in it, boil vegetables in it. It was temporary but it was very handy in case of emergencies. You can even boil your baby's milk in it, you can boil rice in it. I made an entire veg curry dish once with just the electric kettle. So just buy one really good branded electric kettle and keep in case of emergencies
@IndiansAbroad2 жыл бұрын
Yes thanks for the advise and your concern.. But is it a normal electric kettle like the one we have shown in the video ( previous video leaving Abu Dhabi Wali) or is it a different one.. Please tell me
