Strange how so many DXB apts come furnished - and kinda old, boring styles. So you didn’t consider CityWalk?

I think it’s bc a lot of people come and go in Dubai. The newer apartments are of course more modern but we were looking at older buildings I guess. We liked the Marina area better but now that I know more about the different areas, City Walk seems like a nice community!

@@vari1067 smth is wrong in your calc. Author didn't mention if it is per year or per month. Suppose this sum (AED 55,000 - 60,000) is per month. Then as per June 2023 exchange rate (roughly 3.7 dirham = 1 USD) 60,000 USD means 16,340 USD per month (recheck pls in Google: AED to USD). Per year it would be cheap, but per month it seems to be super expensive for those so-so apartments

Out of these places and at this point in our lives, JLT! Perfect mix of hustle and bustle and nature/parks without feeling overcrowded.

@@jay78578 I don't have any particular agents that I can confidently recommend, unfortunately. JLT is definitely kids-friendly! A lot of mini parks/play areas and I see many kids and families out even late at night. I can't give you accurate info about JVC as I was only there for a few hours.
