This video is necessary and helpful. Yes, the dude cannot pronounce the word button correctly, and I am not sure I would have noticed if you guys didn't bring that up. He is probably from Wisconsin or Minnesota. At least the video wasn't outsourced to China or Bangladesh. But if it was, I would not have bought the chair. Only regrets is how expensive this thing is. At least I can take it back to Costco at any time, literally any time if I am displeased with it. That gave me piece of mind.

I had to stop watching because I can't stand hearing "bu'en" instead of "button." He can say "tissue" and "note" and "intensity" and "foot extend" but the most-used word in this presentation is habitually butchered. I can't follow it because it's distracting.
