This is sorta off topic but I remember doing a project in middle school where we had to write more verses of We Didn't Start The Fire to fill in what's happened since the song came out and now. I think it can really mean something different for everyone who listens-maybe it’s sorta nostalgic, chill, ironic, distressing, anxiety-inducing, anything. I think that’s what’s so great about it not being explicitly defined, just explored through examples
