Ay, Israel! We went to Casa Valandez for breakfast and it was amazing food and service. Just finishing late lunch at Costal, and Omgosh! Words don’t come to mind other than an explosion of flavor! Thank you!!

Most of Casa Valadez ingredients originate from CANS...I saw their deliveries almost daily in my walks down Sopena. I was a 10 year resident. Service is arrogant, robot like.

There are no BEST restaurants in Capital Guanajuato. We lived there 10 years! For starters there is no INGREDIENT availability. All PROPAGANDA.
