When I was in the depths of my ED, I wouldn't eat after 5, which meant that I never had dinner with my family, and that was so hard because my family is so close! I'm so glad that I got over that. You are so intelligent for your age, and it's amazing!

This is a really small thing but I really like how you showed your bloating - I get a lot of bloating and it causes me to feel insecure and like I've eaten too much. It's so nice to get a reminder that it's normal and nothing to be ashamed of, and shouldn't stop me eating the amount I need to!

Haters always feel like they need to say something which frustrates me. Honestly, you are such a beautiful, brave and the most inspiring person. You don't need to be "sick" or "sad" enough to have an eating disorder and this is what people don't understand. But you continue to be you because you come through such an amazing journey. It takes so much courage to be honest and open about an eating disorder. You are literally helping other people by sharing your own story and journey it can change individual people's lives. I also have ED and know how it feels 🥺💖

Hi,new sub. I saw ur comment on Elzanis last video, and it moved me so much I subbed right away. I've been following elzani since the beginning of her channel, and ro Mitchell too. Yes,u can get better, and enjoy life. I'm much older than u girls, old enough to be ur moms,I'm 53,but I share many things with you guys, severe anxiety, depression from Young childhood, ocd,and ptsd from an abusive marriage. 6 years ago I found out I had stage 4 larynx cancer, I was told I would not live out the year 2015,I had to have a few surgeries, and they had to remove everything in my throat, so I can no longer speak, and there's alot of residual issues, but for some reason, I feel I was brought through that for a reason. Its completely changed me in every possible way. I say all that to say,,lifes so precious, and so short,,enjoy it,in every way. I know that's easier said than done, but it seems ur on the right path. I look forward seeing more videos from you. And thank you for sharing your journey, I know it will help others. 💕

I also watch elzani and linda sun, you could check out helena rose and merryrose howley if you’re interested in any other recovery youtubers. I really like how both of them have recovery content, but not all their videos are about food, which I think is really important that someone who has or had an ED knows they are much more than the illness. I’m sure these content creators know that by now, but sometimes us fans that maybe found them while we were struggling need to be reminded sometimes.
