Im pretty sure you can do a backstab against armored warrior in vanilla. There's the skill that lets you jump behind enemies when they're vulnerable to a deathblow

Armoured warriors is the same as if you punt him from behind, and the sakura bull you can fairly easily stealth attack if you keep to the rooftops.

I don't know if it's this mod but you can see that this game is really well made. When Gyoubu's spear collides with the clouds it's clouds effect not just fixed to dirt, and the armored warrior can actually fall of any edge instead of the ones on the bridge. Thanks for the interesting video!
