This deck helped me climb all the way up to 11,000 points in the festival. As a side note, i recommend adding the Bamboo cards to the deck as well. There's one that, while face up on the field, when another bamboo card is activated you can skip your opponent's draw phase. There's another one that does the same thing but with the main phase. There's one that let's you draw 2 when you have a bamboo equip spell equipped, and there's one that lets you bounce a bamboo card back to your hand to let the equipped monster attack directly. And of course, the vanilla Broken Bamboo Sword.

Yesterday, I played against a Mataza/ Ben Kei OTK Deck (I was using the Machina Loaner Deck) However, things didn't go according to plan... my opponents plan that is... Turn 1: Opponent ends turn immidiately Turn 2. I had Machina Unclaspare, Machina Resavenger, Monster Reborn, Harpie's Feather Duster and two copies of Machina Overdrive Set the trap, summonn Unclaspare, attack for 1800 and end my turn. Turn 3 Opponent summons Ben Kei and equips it with three spells. During that, my only thought was "Don't make it stronger than 4200!" I was lucky - Ben Kei only gained 3000 ATK, so he had 3500. My opponent switched to BP and attacked my Unclaspare with his Ben Kei. I activated M. Overdrive, summoned Machina Citadel and destroyed Unclaspare. Opponent decides to attack Citadel instead I activate my M. Resavenger's effect and discarded it to raise my Citadel's ATK to 4200. My opponent surrendered directly after that (didn't even finish the battle). It always feels great to beat OTK decks! :-D
