A 4 Day spontaneous Adventure To Wales With NO PLAN!

We are lucky enough to live on smallholding on a hill in the Cambrian mountains. It always makes me so happy to see responsible people enjoying being here and having a fab time. Sadly, we all too often come across rubbish abandoned all over the place, sometimes left in plastic sacks, which the wildlife love to rip into and scatter the contents, human poop and toilet paper, left on the side of footpaths (I kid you not) and fires lit in unsuitable places (fortunately due to the amount of rain we have here most don't get a chance to do any serious damage), so thank you, Craig for reminders for others about this. I'm not being a killjoy. We often come across people when we are out in the woods and I love seeing them being adventurous, having fun wild camping and just enjoying the beauty of the countryside. Hell, my hubby and I did loads of this on our motorbikes all over Europe and Scandinavian in the 80s and 90s, and have the best memories. Good to see Katherine with you too. Have fun, leave no trace and thank you ✌💚

I love serendipitous road trips. It was so nice to see you and Katherine enjoying Wales. My only road trip in Wales was a December drive from Cardiff to Llandovery. It was magical! This was before the old "Goat Major Pub" reverted to its original 1813 "Blue Bell" name. The highlight for me was watching the Goat Major escort the regimental mascot into the pub where it consumed a pint of beer and two cigarettes in celebration of a Cardiff victory. I love Wales!
