Hey Brock, you're going to have to show Paul "Frankentractor" one day. I think that I fell in love with that thing when you and your Dad made the video about getting it started. That's the kind of stuff that generation did. If you can't afford it or can't find it you built your own. God bless. 👍👍😊

Ausralia here,I have a CK 580 thats hydraulic drive and shuttle shift.Everything works fine still after all these years though she does leak a bit of oil from the rams.I see that you are carrying a lot of wieght over the rear wheels.They really need that once you take the backhoe off.I made a steel framed weight block,threw in a few old junk motors and encased the whole thing in cement.Holds the back down well.

I like that on that machine Paul carries on it a 2gal jug of motor oil and a 2 gal jug of hydraulic oil for fill ups! Check the diesel and fill er up with motor oil and hydro oil!! 😂😂😂. I love the older equipment also… it’s all mechanical and no EPA or regen crap! It’s always a great day whe. You and Paul get together! 🔥🔥

The biggest oil leak on this one is power steering. Better carry some with you or you will not be able to steer!

Still waiting for the "Here hold my beer and watch this....." story.......haha, my uncle had John Deere construction loaders (yellow) on his MO dairy farm in the late 70's thur '87 when the took the Gov't dairy buyout. Then he went all beef and all green.

I’m gonna do some research on that hydraulic self-leveling bucket. I never seen anything like that.
@paulcasefarms9933 Жыл бұрын
It was very common on the older Case backhoes.

I am still getting my 1966 (based on serial) Case 430 Construction King from auction working. I hope to god I don't have to stack that kind of weight on the back. Mine is also a wheel loader without the optional backhoe. Mine does have a PTO though so I'm hoping my Brush-hog will be sufficient ballast. My lift height is also scarily high like that. It's gas and not hydrostat.

Hey Brock, you should check out Allis Chalmers D17's. They are easy to find and right about the horsepower you're looking for.
