The judge seems like she just didn’t like ol girl immediately. We all know how social media works, I have 3pages with 3-6k followers all from posting literally 1 sexy pic and telling them to follow my other pages. Even once I took that one pic off all accounts the followers stayed. This girl very beautiful so I’m sure she has a lot of followers even just posting hair pics or just her face. Social media is pretty folks playground. Can make the talentless feel like celebrity

A lot of black people only respect people who are Caucasian or rich Have you ever noticed that code switching is a form of ass kissing which correlates with respect??? Black people will talk to other black people Reckless but would say yes sir yes ma'am no problem sir to somebody who's Caucasian, unless that Caucasian is a Karen, then it will be different. Karen's get the same treatment as black people who are devalued by other blacks. So if you're broke people won't respect you if you got money and you can make them richer, they will give you all the respect.

Something VERY similar happened to me at a nail salon for my birthday nails this year. Learned how to do my own & haven't been to a salon since. Good for the plaintiff for being so freakin wellspoken & winning ❤️ And Im so glad for the advice the judge gave to the defendant, she and many other business owners need to not take such offense & not operate on emotions. When a customer comes to you politely letting you know of a problem, WHY would you nitpick them & try to talk down to them because YOU made a mistake?

Yeah you can tell they’re scammers when there isn’t a real problem but you offer to “fix” their imaginary problem and they won’t let you. I had one lady that claimed her haircut was uneven. When in reality, she wanted a very short bob and I told her she had to always part it in the same spot or it will look uneven if she tries to part in another place other than the middle. I told her if she was going to do a side part instead of the middle like she originally asked for, I could cut it slightly shorter to make it even. She blew up about it and wanted a refund for her entire $250 service (scalp to end blonde, toner, olaplex and haircut).

Everyone wants to create businesses through social media and a lot of times when its someone who is really attractive and pretty it can be really misleading. You can't blame someone for other people's comments and you can't get mad when someone who has had a bad experience with you post about it. Although she should have gone back in the shop right after she noticed all the mistakes she should have just left it at giving the free install instead of trying to argue with the women
