Yeah you can tell they’re scammers when there isn’t a real problem but you offer to “fix” their imaginary problem and they won’t let you. I had one lady that claimed her haircut was uneven. I told her if she was going to do a side part instead of the middle like she originally asked for, I could cut it slightly shorter to make it even. She blew up about it and wanted a refund for her entire $250 service (scalp to end blonde, toner, olaplex and haircut).

She’s trying to defend herself against the plaintiffs allegations. Pretty? Ok what’s hat suppose to mean? Birds chirping

@@immealldayeveryday9425 It was relevant for the question that was asked by the judge. She asked why do people follow her. That is one of the reasons lol It was an honest answer that wasnt meant to sound arrogant. Judge got mad because she thought she was being arrogant when she really wasnt. Everyone in this generation knows thats why plenty of ppl have that many followers.

I guess the defendant doesn’t know what humility is. “I guess because I’m pretty “

Judge Marilyn sounded a lil hateful that the defendant referred to herself as pretty.

I’m only 3 min in & I turned this off. The judge not even listening, she ask the girl questions she answered & talking over them while they giving her the answers. This just ghetto.

the judge didn't let her speak because she knew what she was going to say. Everyone wants to create businesses through social media and a lot of times when its someone who is really attractive and pretty it can be really misleading. You can't blame someone for other people's comments and you can't get mad when someone who has had a bad experience with you post about it. Although she should have gone back in the shop right after she noticed all the mistakes she should have just left it at giving the free install instead of trying to argue with the women
