So the devil horns is kinda like an I'm feeling naughty emote. So yes it does mean "I am dumb" in the sense of risk.

I think blue probably lost connection, as I could see earlier in the game that when the roll happened and when the dice actually showed being hit was wayyyy off.

I always use the devil horns when someone needlessly breaks me, because the maniacal laughter that follows me shoving everything I have through their territory is how that face makes me feel

The devile emote means pretty much "you messed up" or if someone hits your cap and loses all there troops and you go and eliminate them, you would use the devil horns right after they mess up and so on

The early set was a great move, am I right in saying that's what clinched the win? It only cost 2 troops but got you the bonus early and hamstrung an opponent. Very nice move

Honestly feel like sometimes its Kids playing on the other side, Mom calls to do homework, so kid just bots out lol. Like Blue here, didn't really make sense to bot out their. Only time I get Devil Horns Emoji, is when I get out of work and my GF wants some fun time lol.

We caught up! Also, yeah weird that basically everyone left. (except black). People have no hope in themselves at this game. This seems like a map you'd like, but I don't know if I'm there for it, It does seem high skill with all the pathing, let's see how you rank it. Yep I agree with you, the compartmentalization is a con. Black had it so rough, they got hit CONSTANTLY.

Devil emote: when that guy breaks you twice in a row when you’re trying to be. Good neighbor. OR, when it’s your turn and the guy say rn I don’t want an alliance. You know that emote very well loti (laughing in the inside, feel free to use it)

I think blue was fake boting to try and get 2nd. Set early to sit on 1 card and after taking a bonus doesn’t play to skip his turn disincentivizing anyone killing him.

Yeah and then at the end when it was clear the game was over, he finally acted fast and precise. Like that motion @25:52 seemed very human/un-bot-like

@@zanderhatch No, that was definitely bot movement. It's the opposite of what you're saying, both territories in the reinforcement selected simultaneously, couldn't be human.

Day 2 of asking for best challenge: 6 player Simple world fixed caps with blizzards, fog of war, and portals, with true random on a public lobby, and with the new cap meta rules: Maximum of 6 troops across all your capitals, meaning at the end, you need to use 1’s to manually roll the final cap. I’m open to any other suggestions.

Devil horns for me is when I'm dealing with an As***** that's is just trying to cause me to lose, as opposed to win.. So i do the same, I shift from trying to win, to causing that guy to lose.

How do you know when a bad neighbor play is better than a good neighbor play? Is it’s whenever they are too weak or spread out to attack back?

The right time to break is when you face almost no risk of retaliation. Ideally with Risk you want to defeat and enemy all at once, so if I'm going to go bad to someone, I'm usually going to try and cripple them if I can't kill them.
