I Love this home!!! It is perfect, even though the pantry is not a walk-in, it still has plenty of storage in the kitchen! I Love that it has 2 sinks in the guest bathroom!!! Chance I really like you personality, you make these videos absolutely enjoyable to watch.

Wow, now that kitchen is to die for, absolutely perfect! I also love that the walk-in closet is just before entering the master bath instead of being inside the bathroom. I, too, love the color choices of that shower, Chance. The only thing I dislike is their is no nice porch. Overall, it's gorgeous.

That end room would make a great sewing room! The 'geust' bath has a toilet that is perfect for someone that needs help onto the toilet or a transfer from a wc to the toilet.

Only thing missing is a tub in the master bathroom other than that plenty of storage, wonderful kitchen and I would use the sun room as a dining room since my table would not fit in the kitchen and even has a place to hang a tv in the living room and a freezer in the laundry room. I would buy it.

Nate's Home Tours did a home very similar to this one last summer, by Champion, at Big Sky Homes in Billings Montana. It's called the Diamond and is on my short list of homes I am thinking of buying around spring time.

What is that, that is my home office if it was my place. This will be the first thanksgiving where my mom won't get to be at the family gathering. She had surgery a few days ago and won't get out of the hospital till next week. So I get to be Meals on Wheels for her and take her a few plates of food.

Beautiful and well thought home. I love that it gives an option for a basement. The only thing I would add (not change ) is the laundry room, adding the space for a freezer and a doggie bath area (I have 8 dogs). I absolutely love the kitchen and the tile it was use there, I would put that beautiful tile also in both bathrooms showers included. I will also add a tower shower with jets in the master bathroom. Me, personally, because I am an elderly person, I will add more pot and pan drawers in the kitchen and sliding pull out shelves. Do a real closet in all bedrooms with drawers and wood shelves. The house is not cheap, so put in the details and get rid of the wire shelves. Beautiful, beautiful home, very nice and well thought floor plan and flow, love the amount of windows, lots of light. If I am ever in the position to buy a new home, it would be this floor plan. Thank you for showing such an amazing option.

What a lovely home! Enough closets, doesn't necessarily HAVE to have a walk in pantry because the amount of cabinets is glorious. Love, love that kitchen. The main bath is gorgeous, but gosh, those windows right in yer terlet right by the front door...guess you better build a wraparound porch goin the other direction, towards that laundry door!

Right, I believe the owners bathroom should have both a tub and shower, there’s plenty of room to make it happen, I’m not a fan of a wall of windows in a bathroom but that’s what blinds are for lol. Also I like pocket doors, they really help reduce the clutter, but my last house had the pocket door and I realized I really want something I can securely lock, you know I’d say a bad guy broke in and I was trying to hide, I know, I know, that’s creepy, but someone tried breaking in to my home while I was there, the 911 dispatcher told me to get in a closet… My closet was in my bathroom, and the little latch wasn’t very secure, something I never thought about until that moment. Gratefully my dogs barking and sirens coming scared the dude off, he was later caught trying to enter another home. After that I replaced my closet door either a solid core door and a dead bolt.
