I applaud you for making the matzoh. I think flatbreads are some of the most fun things to bake.

This is new to me, so thanks for the alert. I will check it out. I've got many Scandinavian cookbooks and Scandinavian friends, so I'll get right on it. I'll let you know what I learn.

Thanks. I had mine set to 425 and it took about 5 mins to get a nice golden crisp to the matzoh.

I had to look up Wikipedia - crisp bread. Very similar to hard tack as well, but I personally think that it has more flavour. You might be interested to check it out (and try it yourself. Rare outside Scandinavia, so you basically have to make it yourself... or buy in IKEA)

Reminds me a bit about Swedish knäckebröd... Not sure what it's called in English - crisp bread, hard bread? Something like that.

Janole3711, I doubt that matzoh would be fluffy, since it is unleavened meaning no yeast or baking powder to raise the dough.
