I had to look up Wikipedia - crisp bread. Very similar to hard tack as well, but I personally think that it has more flavour. You might be interested to check it out (and try it yourself. Rare outside Scandinavia, so you basically have to make it yourself... or buy in IKEA)

Janole3711, I doubt that matzoh would be fluffy, since it is unleavened meaning no yeast or baking powder to raise the dough.
