When she hit her lowest, i felt she was getting cocky about that she knew everything. I told her the hardest part is to keep it off and be careful. She cockily replied back I know. But she didn’t know obviously, thus the big weight gain. Instead she should have asked for advice on keeping it off. Please seek advice from people who have kept off the weight not her so that you don’t ever have to gain again with her and lose again with her.

You reached your goal a long time ago when you realized that this just isn't a simple fix. This is life and it is constant ups and downs. You're doing amazing! Succeeding by being positive and not giving up on yourself. You look great! But more importantly, you feel great!

Jess, yiu may have in the depths of your mind a memory of me talking about British eating plan slimming world (online only in the US). I'm on it as is my sister - she has lost 4 stone since Jan. It isnt fancy, restricted, or hard, and its something we can do with our families for life. We are both food addicts. The premis is basically meat and 2 veg! Cooking from scratch, no UPF. You dont need it, but others may like to look it up. The 2nd thing i wanted to suggest for you is BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU (get your kids to go to)!!! I've started, and its LIBERATING!!! Best workout ever, too!

When are you uploading on the other channel. upload was a year ago. You have shown us the good the struggles and the achievements you have made over the years. I nearly reach my goal then I closed my mind to the food I was putting in my mouth whilst watching the scales go up to my heaviest weight. I have moved on to a new chapter and have purposely everyday made a decision to eat right, meal prep, no tracking, no gym just food because you cant out train a bad diet. I'm in my 7th week and have moved the scale in the right direction. Thank you for being roar and honest about the struggles and never hiding your uncontrollable times of eating. The real stuggles on the journey of achieving your goals. My next step is to exercise whilst continuing to eat keto, but i will do this in my time by moving more. Thank you❤❤❤❤

Cockroach or not, I feel like you took my advice and checked your ketones and glucose. You also finally got yourself some real accountability in real life so that should work better for you like I had suggested (not that you’re reading the comments). Would be interesting to see you meet your goals this coming year.

I’m trying the Gary Brecka 30/30/30 challenge for 30 days. 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking, followed by 30 minutes of steady state cardiovascular exercise. I’m at goal but love challenges.

🤗👏🏻👍🏻 you can do this Jess! I'm glad you have a "Community/support system" . I believe that if you communicate your thoughts and feelings to "Family and Friends" and tell them that you really need their support and encouragement.....that you would do better. And reach your goals. You know that it can be done.....I have a friend that lost 97/98 pounds, just eating Right.....no exercise ( she was 62 with bad knee joints. Had both knees replaced over a few years time.) Unfortunately she had several people in her family die in a few years time ( her husband of 48 years, "heart issues /sepsis due to a kink in his bowels plus blood clots in both of his legs, his poor body just shut down"then her Only sister/sibling, health issues....then less than 5 months later her 51 year old son. Heart attack.) So, she began Emotionally/ Stress Eating. Gained most of it back. But......she knows that she could do it again. She just needs motivation. She is 13 years older than me, like an Aunt or older sister. I hope that you keep getting better and keep "shrinking and feeling better"! 😊

I feel like we have heard this all before from you! You will never be successful if you don’t make this a forever lifestyle change, not a “challenge”, a this diet or that diet, 75 hard, 75 soft. You need to just change the way you eat forever that is the only way to keep off any weight you lose. You will be on this YOYO forever if you don’t.

I'm glad you are Ignoring those Cockroaches.....I felt "irritated" for you reading some of thei comments! Rude people.....my Mom always told me "If you can't say anything Nice the Don't say Anything at All". A simple encouraging comment would have been better! People don't need knocked down when they're floundering. They need More Encouragement! More Support and A Kind Word or two! 😘😊🤗🙏🏻👍🏻

Glad you’re having less coffee. Caffeine raises Cortisol, which then raises Insulin and Glucose. So even when doing Low Carb, your Liver is making its OWN sugar, so your body acts like it’s not on a Low Carb program. Caffeine also causes poor quality sleep, which then raises Ghrelin (the I’m Hungry Hormone), and lowers Leptin (the I’m Full Hormone). CATCH 22: The low quality sleep makes ppl reach for the coffee the next morning in order to function. A merry-go-round of caffeine, poor sleep and weight issues. The social interaction probably fulfills something psychologically that you were previously filling with food. Social interaction probably burns more calories too.

Not for everyone! I sleep like a log and can have coffee right before sleep and it doesn't affect my cortisol.

I would like someone to define "negative" and "cockroach/troll". Seems like ANY opinion that isn't cheerleader-esque is spit on here. I have read many USEFUL comments that were boo-ed. If you're going to have a public channel you SHOULD read the comments and be competent to ignore the true trash. I am unsubscribing today. I wish you well, but, since anyone who doesn't agree with you 100% is a cockroach, I'll take my viewership over to some place where my thoughts are appreciated. Truly, you're missing a lot of helpful folks. Good luck

@9:47 you say you're doing "strength training 1 hour a day minimum" and that doesn't strike you as extreme? Plus walks, etc? You frequently mention being pressed for time, yet spend that much time on something that is generally considered to be 20% or less of fat loss. While poo-pooing your foods which are the vast majority. Not really posting this for you, since I'm a cockroach, but for others seeking help here. Why is it a 75 day challenge? Why not not just enact daily permanent changes? An hour+ DAILY is not very likely sustainable. The real problem is that you're still looking for extremes, just not AS extreme. AND, real question, where do you go when you fail? Not doom & gloom, just can't see you doing that for the rest of your life. Failure to have a maintenance plan is likely how you gained back so much wt. People, you do NOT need an hr of daily strength training. You need SOME. You need IMHO a better eating plan. Very low carbs, enough protein and fat. You don't need veggies pretty much at all and the fact she's still including them so much is indicative of the issue. Does anyone think corn is good for you? I can't take Jess serious bc this is still another extreme. Oh, "laser focus" and "balanced" are pretty much mutually exclusive. Sorry to rant, but I was TRYING to find a reason NOT to leave this channel. I didn't. All the cheerleaders will be happy I'm gone. Anyone who's still reading: forget these timed challenges and dependence on scales. do what's good for you and MAINTAINABLE Good luck, bye
