You can also download all the pictures for a crag at once on the app so you can have them offline! Big help if you don’t want to have to plan all boulders you want to try beforehand. Also, not so common in SoCal it seems, but when I was in Chaos Canyon up in RMNP, there was no GPS locations for any of the boulders and we spent 2.5 hours looking for where the bouldering was. If you’re going to a crag with only mountain project, make sure individual boulders have GPS locations not just the crag. If not, you probably should go with someone who’s been before or buy a guidebook.

Have you climbed sandstone a lot? It’s stupidly fun when it’s safe. A lot of easy holds and beautiful colors too

You got a Keavin, I got a Miguel. We ALL need that friend to hold our waist when we're shittin' ourselves on the rock My only extra tip is that a lot of guidebooks will have GPS coordinates for specific boulders. For example, lat/long coordinates written vertically next to pictures in the Red Rock guidebook
