Since it's too late for January, you should do a monthly video where you save 1 sausage from each video you've made that month by freezing it. At the end of the month, you get them all together, thaw them up from their icy tomb and grind them into the monthly sausage. Looking forward to the February sausage.

You know i really like Mr Sausage's format, the comedy and even the errors he opts to leave in are all part of the brand he made... but there's a HUGE part of me that wants to see what would happen if every precaution was taken properly. Like the thing wasn't frozen, the beef was pulled out of the juice maybe, hell i'd watch a round 2 of a lot of his sausages where there's adjustments to the formula from the last run to see if it gets better. Probably in the minority. I love watching Mr Sausage cause he's funny and i like his style, but i also kind of want to see if these things are any good without hiccups too.

I hate to say it but I think the bad score on this one comes down to user error. I think the trick here would be to thaw and strain the meat before grinding then put it into a casing with no holes and cook it in a pan. The oven dried it out too much. Literally it's just a big bucket of roast beef theoretically it should taste delicious if prepared properly.
