Sir, i being a doctor, am constantly pestered by even distant relatives and acquaintances for endless free consultations. Often, people not only ask queries about their ailments but about their distant relatives and friends too. It feels quite exploitative at times. And one can't even ask for charges for such consultation because of fear of being labelled as greedy or unhelpful or selfish. People don't understand that medicine is our profession, and we have undergone years of hardwork and turmoil to gain this knowledge, and we can't go around dispensing our skills for free everywhere and everytime.

I do youtube voiceover (english) / subtitles / content writing / data analysis and making good income apart from my regulr IT job. My relatives warned me not to distract myself with these side hurdles and focus on my job. But im doing ulta, i focus less on my job and more on my side hurdles. Now im dabang in both my job as well my hurdles/gigs coz im not aftaid to loose my job (coz im earning money by other ways) My first year was very difficult as i find it dificult to find clients / payment issues etc. But as i was consistent with my work i got more work automatically without any hardwork. Today im at a stage where i have to say "NO" to some of my client And i only acept high paying clients now and simply reject the clients who pay less for my services. I have learned it the hard away :D but im enjoying the fruits now ❤ Guruji pls make a video on this effect - any side hurdle is difficult in first 1-2 yrs only. Uske baad clients apne aap ate h aur aapki nikal padti h. Uske baad a person can choose to ditch low paying clients or choose to use his/her name to outsource the work and superwise!! Its all combination of hard + smart work !!!

Sir good morning. Sir what about doctors? Most middle class people in india don’t have healthcare insurance and when they fall ill they come to private clinics and after consulting ask for cheaper medicine alternatives and discounts in day care and bed charges . This middle class patients couldn’t afford to go Govt Healthcare setups because of their heavy load , endless queues and hygiene issues but they also didn’t willing to give money to private nursing homes and call them by names like lootera (dava par / janch par -commission kama lia ) and blah blah . Same cash patients when go to corporate hospitals they pay happily what they are asked for without asking a question . Family is okay but distant friends and mutuals always throw reports in WhatsApp chat for second opinion by sarcastically asking hamse bhi paise loge ? If we ignore them it creates a gap in our relationship with them .

I'm a dentist. Even in society lift ( I live on 10th floor) when I am going up or down people will open their mouth and show me their teeth. Even when I'm not masked. It's so irritating and unhygienic. Once one aunty's with bad oral hygiene and foul smell was showing me her teeth in the society lift and my kid was next to me. She was even coughing. I got so annoyed. I told her " Aunty main gyneac hoti toh bhi aap yeh hi karte"... now she doesn't talk to me.

Ussi time se hamari mentality hogayi ki education aur business alag alag hai. Hamare supreme court judges bhi is mentality se affected hai. Whatever is education is "sacred", whatever is business is "profane" ya "apavitra". Abhi bhi cimments mein log bolte hain "education ab business ho gaya". To kya teachers ko ache jeene ka hak nahi hai? Woh hamesha "biksham dehi" kare?. The best paid teaching jobs in education are in coaching. Superstars are there. Why? Because coaching is considered business and people pay whereas academics is considered as sacred and people dont want to pay.

I suggest you ki aap apne clients ko before hand aware kardo ki aapke paas degree ya certificate nhi hai to avoid these legal issues. And certificate ke bina bhi kaise clients ko convince karna hai uspe apko focus karna hoga. Good luck
