I’ve just broke 20 mins mate. What is your number 1 bit of advice to progress further? I’m doing intervals, long easy etc. Cheers

Thanks for watching the video! Well done on breaking 20mins. In terms of training, all runs must have a purpose, whether that’s easy = recovery or sessions = building your threshold/speed. My simple advice would be incorporating efforts at your target pace and attempting to maintain them for first of all shorter times and then progress to longer.. Also - do as many parkruns as you can! They are the best way to get that specific training in and you will defo see improvements. I intend to make a video on this coming up so keep an eye out!
