i think the hardest part would be the person that would be put in charge after sensei died imagine being in that position someone so beloved by everyone working under them and with them suddenly died and you are the one chosen to take their place trying to measure up to that person and to be just as good if not better would likely be impossible also nobody would really care about you or want to be friends with you or help you some might even hate you and try to make things harder for you personally i would refuse any sort of job offer if that was the situation i was going into and no amount of money would change my mind and i would say to them good luck to whoever you get to fill that role cause it will be pretty much impossible to make any friends that’s probably the one problem about being a good and kind person is once you leave or die the person that comes after you most likely won’t be able to measure up to what you were if i had no other choice but to be the replacement for someone truly special like the sensei the only way i could possibly even survive is isolate myself from everyone and just put my nose to the grindstone like a silent partner cause ain’t nobody gonna want to work with you after losing such a treasure especially if they loved that person maybe there would be someone that would take pity on you and try to help but i would rather do it all alone that would just hurt worse

He already died one. Don't want to spoil but there is an alternative world where he in coma and will surely die. All the student there went through bad time cause he is not there to help them. Shiroko left alone in Abydos, Hoshino died, Serika got kidnap, Nonomi went missing... yada yada, Hina got killed, Asuza went despair, Hanako broken down, Seia pass away maybe after contact with "Color" I think, and Mika sink in grief and killed someone, Arius all dead and stuff, Key start destroying the world. Pretty much all the happy endings you achived in Main story up until Vol 2 chapter 2 turned upside down. Yup good stuff
