BDubs doesn't include it here, but if you watch Scar or Grian's videos: Scar had planned it out and told Grian to wait for a second scare, but then Scar was scared instead and tried to pull it off by saying ~"Oh, nevermind". So, he kinda gave it up with that.

I have like 5k hours of classroom experience as a teacher, and it's always more useful when a student gives a wrong answer. A correct answer is like "Yes correct", but a wrong answer starts a conversation. Basically what I'm saying is that Redstone With BDubs - with all the mistakes left in - are some of the best redstone tutorials out there. And I genuinely mean that, btw.

I believe that’s part of Bdubs’ magic. He hits an amazing balance between subtle and outrageous, serious and silly, that draws in and entertains all ages- meanwhile he purposefully drops in teaching moments for his young viewers, sometimes life lessons as well. I learned something new about redstone repeaters and how to power them going down a block - I’ve been struggling with making stuff fit into spaces otherwise. Fixing mistakes is a much better lesson than getting it right the first time for sure!

I agree, learning is often done best by experiencing mistakes. That's the whole point with "on the job training," as well as the reason apprenticing was a thing. It's also a great way to learn more for the teacher, having to explain why something is wrong allows you to internalise how something works better than just repeating a "textbook" answer all the time. The closest I got to teaching was to be a lab assistant, but having to explain what a student did wrong really helped me understand the subject better as well.

The hermits helping hermits stream was so funny. You just heard Bdubs screaming in the background and occasional explosions from Tango. They just decided to join the dragon fight for no good reason. Cleo disappeared for 20 minutes after dying to the dragon. Chat somehow knew that Bdubs wanted to fight the dragon?

BDUBS!! Your builds are LIFE-CHANGING! Your beautiful monolith has converted Iskall, of all people. He built a shrine to diorite inside his mega base, and even goes by Diorite-boi, now. To see the shrine, go across the entry bridge, turn left, and look for the lush cave area at the bottom of the deep area. It’s a statue with a belly full of lava beyond its mouth. He even sacrificed a stack of diamond blocks to it. You’re so amazing! 😁👍

The Battle arena thing could be forced locked with some sticky pistons. The outer edge climbs up by half slabs. Pull one Ring of them down at the edges, then you've got a 1.5 block wall all around. Now the player can't jump out. One Ring of pistons, maybe a little terraforming, easy. Simple task for this redstone genius

I assume you're planning on it, but you could also get a set of Protection IV diamond armor for the mob to wear. And if you really want to get nasty, you could splash it with Speed II and Potion of the Turtle Master II (for Resistance IV and Slowness VI) before it gets to the top. And maybe little Thorns III? 😈 To get the mob in, I'd just power the 2 sets of pistons with temp levers to open the hole, and jam it in from the top.
