A broken Mercedes M272, what happened? Mercedes CLS 350 sight unseen auction buy! - Episode 1

An auction car with a defective engine - a car that was something too interesting pass on by. The auction description claimed that the balancer shaft was broken which is a common issue on the M272 platform.
Like usually with auction cars, guesswork of a failure in a sales description rarely goes right... That would be like winning the lottery!
What was the culprit of the engine failure? That will be investigated and found out in the video!
The purpose of this build is to tear the engine apart, inspect, fix and put it on the road again!
