I am Dairy-free and I make a rich version that we love. I use coconut milk in the can, eggs and onion. We don't eat cheese and it is not really needed if there is enough flavor in herbs, onions, etc.. Sometimes our expectations for ourselves are overdone a little. It can be simple and still be good.

Loved the Recipes, ... I'm a Sourdough girl, I rarely eat regular bread ... Sourdough or a Sprouted grain . I always use a sheet of Wax Paper , on my work surface, this makes clean up a breeze, and I rinse the wax paper off , to re- use ( sometimes its not re- usable, lol) to put all the bread scraps, fruit scraps, etc on it, and put in a large baggie for feeding the birds. No pun intended! Lol). I wish all the Best for You, Your Family ,and a lovely ,Safe Christmas Season. Amen. 🙏🏻💫✨️

It's Corningware SimplyLite and they discontinued it in 2011. But if you can ever find it, I would jump on it immediately!!

Interesting what you do with your stone, I have Pampered Chef stones and they discourage doing that, the idea for a stone is to brown all sides evenly! I've never had a problem with my stones, and I have several different ones including the casserole stones, the more you use them the browner they get and the better they bake....do I sound like a pampered chef sales person...LOL I am not, just years and years of using them! I love your recipes today, and love the tip about the pomegranates, I loved them when I was young and haven't had one in years, when it fell apart I thought, time to get one!!!
