Looks beautiful! Would you prepare any of this in advance? Tips for keeping things warm before setting it up?

In advance: cinnamon roll muffins, grits & greens ( will reheat very well), marinate chicken, bacon Day of: fry chicken, make waffles ( both of these like right before serving), eggs, potatoes Put items in 200 degree oven until ready to place out. I recommend having 2 ppl cooking at the same time to make sure stuff is hot. so have 1 person frying chicken and another making waffles. or do it at the same time if you can multi task. Also the tips for which things you can buy instead of make from scratch will help if you are doing it all yourself.

Wow! What a great brunch menu! I was looking for something different from my normal casseroles for my Christmas brunch and this looks amazing. Unfortunately I don’t think I could pull this all together by myself Christmas morning.
