When I first searched for your patterns I thought they were too expensive but now I see how much work and effort you put in I am excited to say I will be purchasing the Daisy pattern. I’m new at sewing and have decided to make, repurpose and recycle as much of my clothes for the coming year. I have a few to take in as I have lost weight and intend to lose at least 36 more pounds.
@krilliam963 жыл бұрын
I'm Australian so have no idea how "big" pounds are, but if that's at least a couple dress sizes, you could take apart the clothing, and cut out a completely new pattern from the fabric 😊

@@krilliam96 the conversion is 16 kilograms. It would be about 4 dress sizes.

Janelle, you need a paper creaser, or a folding bone (they aren’t actual bone anymore). They kind of vaguely resemble a tongue depressor. You just run it along the fold after you get it in place and you get a beautiful sharp flat crease. Also good for easing out smooched corners where folds are folded over folds. Takes a minute longer, but you get a super flat and crisp result. Your new dress pattern is gorgeous! Looking forward to grabbing that one. A visit to Tazzy when the kids were little was the first place i ever saw an echidna in the wild. I think it was sort of near Zeehan from memory. Now we have a little family of them living on our property! It’s such a treat to see one.

Hi there! When purchasing a pattern digitally, you will receive the pattern as a document to print yourself. My digital patterns come with a ‘tiled’ document that you can print and home and the piece together, as well as a large format document that you can get printed at your local copy shop (this option is a lot easier and less time intensive 😅). I hope this helps!

Maybe! It really depends if I can source the fabric though. As for the pattern, I would say it is easy-medium difficulty level. The buttonholes can be a little tricky for a beginner at first, but by the time you make this dress you’ll be a pro! I’ll be sharing the instruction video on Sunday too so you’ll be able to check whether it’s doable for you 😊
