Your attention to detail is impressive. Have you thought of making. A book press for the patterns and booklets so easy two wooden cutting boards with a carriage bolt in each corner.

Similar to a flower press? I hadn’t though of that.. but for the amount of patterns I fold and make at a time, I’m not sure if it would actually speed up the process?

I probably could save time if I got them bound, but I really love being as hands on with making these patterns as possible as I genuinely love the process of putting them together so much! Plus I think the hand stitched binding is a special touch 😊

Hi Janelle, love watching the process of making your patterns and sewing kits! With the sewing kits, do you put in enough fabric up to a size 24 in all of the kits, or do you make a couple of kits for each size?

Yes there’s enough fabric in the 14-24 kits for up to size 24! And likewise, the 4-14 kits have enough fabric for up to size 14. Both size sets have a similar amount of kits (plus one of a kind kits) available 😊

I hand draft the patterns myself, then scan the pencil drawings onto my computer and then draw them up digitally on Illustrator 😊
