Not at all lol the threat is the issue here, you can’t threaten to bar your fan base from buying your product AND CHARGE THEM if they don’t send it back lol that’s not how this works, neca has to and is taking the L lol

@ agree to disagree on this point. Collector entitlement means that we never consider that all these amazing figures weren’t really around 15 years ago, and it can dry up to never be seen again at a moments notice. Which is why it is considered to be the golden age of collecting. NECA and others have given us so much opportunity to get figures we never dreamed of owning or kitbashing. Yet we all sit on our asses complaining about what they did wrong. When they actually ask for collectors help, like returning figures collectors know they didn’t pay for, collectors once again throw all the responsibility back on the toy companies. I find that to be wack. Ban their asses

@@kwamintaylor4247 the responsibility lies on the toy company who shipped all these people products they didn’t pay for tho….. it’s illegal for them to even charge your card for something they sent you by mistake lol I get you like your toys but to what end, you can’t look at this situation and agree neca is right for threatening to ban people lol that’s wild af and uncalled for, they like any other company have to and are taking the L on it.

Morally I'm on NECAs side. But Business and PR wise, I'm on the other. I would personally send it back, as I would suggest the same to anyone that got two, especially since they provided the shipping label. But if I were NECA, the bad heavily outweighs the good here. I have a feeling this fumble cost them a LOT of money - but customer loyalty will always net you a profit in the long run. I get trying to recoup the cost, but it was handled poorly, there is a version of this email that could have been made with honey, not vinegar.

@@KitbashCustoms okay. that is fair and businesses. but are collectors kind of want their cake and eat it too. do we treat toy companies as a business, or a community? I ask because companies get hammered all the time fore making smart business decisions. Collectors who refuse to send back product they didn't pay for is pretty much doing the same thing, but from the collectors perspective. it seems a bit hypocritical.

Four Horsemen is one of the worst companies, by far worst then neca. There pre orders shipment is horrible. I ordered something 2 years ago still waiting.
