One way to calm yourself down when getting anxious or panicky is to slow down your breathing so that your 'out' breath is longer than your 'in' breath. This video is a way to help you practice this calming breathing technique at home. Daily practice when you feel okay helps develop confidence in being able to calm and slow your breathing when you need to.
