IMO, the reason Chef Jean-Pierre is so beloved by his us his fans is not because of his culinary skill or because of his talent as teacher or his enthusiasm for cooking or even his delightful sense of humor. It is because of his humility. Watching a man of so many talents exude the milk of human kindness in every thing he says and does is uplifting and inspiring. Chef Jean-Pierre doesn't just show us how to become better cooks, he shows us how to become better people. God bless you, chef.

If you ever wonder if your video's are long due to your stories, you can rest assured you do not. Many of us hung on to every word and enjoyed your Q&A video...all 35 min of it. We love your content and look forward to new video's every week. Thank you, Chef JP!!!

I have Cerebral Palsy and we used to make community meals every week, with and for other people with disabilities. It was so much fun watching my friends learn to cook and having fun doing it.

Since I accidentally saw your show aired a year ago, I can’t help but wait for your show. Now, whenever I have time, I watch your previous show and learn a lot of cooking skills. Thank you for sharing

As someone whose about to start their own cooking channel, you've personally taught me about 4 things I've never seen anyone else do that are so amazing. How to add flour and thicken something using the strainer right in the sauce is just one example~! And don't listen to the recipe police! Rock on Chef!!!!

Chef, finding your channel has been one of the most fortunate accidents of my life. Newly single, I found myself wanting to cook my own meals instead of going out alone. I have learned so much, especially willing to create dishes with what’s available. I was before, a strict follow the recipe guy, now I create. Also, I love cooking for my family and they now ask me to cook for them whenever I visit. There is nothing more satisfying than seeing everyone enjoying my cooking. All credit goes to you. You are a great teacher and your passion for cooking infuses your followers with an equal passion. Thank you!!!!

I absolutely loved the Q & A, so many questions answered I was wondering about, but did not want to bother you with. Personally, I think a Q&A about every 2 months would be great, and by the way I love the idea of meet and greet! I think you should do a couple of regional meet and greets, specifically tied to say culinary festivals or something of that nature. Chef Jean THANK YOU and your staff that make it all happen for sharing your talent for teaching and cooking in such a entertaining way. My husband and I love to watch your videos together, it is not often we agree on video content to watch, but you get the gold star there!

Hi Chef JP, before I discovered your channel, I had so many cookbooks and have watched the Food Network channel, still I was not inspired to go into the kitchen. After I discovered you, I have been cooking for my family weekly and they just love my cooking thanks to your teaching. I realized sometime ago that your way of teaching is my way of learning. I love your personality and you make me want to cook because I can watch your video and follow along with you. Thank you again for being an excellent teacher. You have inspired many people like me who was so tired of cooking the same old boring dishes. Thank you and God bless you.

You know,Chef, every time I watch your channel, I learn something about cooking that I didn’t know…and that’s so great, but truly, what keeps me coming back is your warm and funny personality. You are so accomplished yet so:approachable and down to earth. You make all of us want to come to Florida and hang out with you around the butter bowl. Thank you for bringing laughter to every recipe, and most of all, for being so generous with your knowledge. You make the world a better place.
