Wow Miss Josey, that’s even pricey for just the land (sloping, to boot!) for most US real estate outside of central city cores and the most exclusive enclaves. That better include water/sewer, electricity, cable/internet… and even a servant or two! Beautiful Uganda and great content as always😊!

I love the town area as well as the neighborhood near Acacia mall, even been to Kamocha.... Kampala is really beautiful and has some of the best best resorts like Munyono, Kazi and very good restaurants like cafe Javas, Salt & Meza to name a few.👍

Inflation US lunch common restaurant $10 us dollars (10 years ago five dollars was high) Josey's Lunch prices 12:33 I happen to notice the menu prices at 27000 Uganda shillings = 7.00 USD , 7.10 Euro The bottle of water, 3000 = .79 USD (So I guess that was an overpriced restaurant) bottle of water, 1000 = .26 USD

The very same thing I've seen everywhere in different wealthy African communities. The disparities are appalling. Gated and barbed wire homes with terrible infrastructure. The restaurant you ate at was guarded by someone with a rifle. Really? The guard was rude and I'm guessing you didn't actually eat anything because asked you to leave because you were filming.
