To paraphrase Mother Teresa: In this life, we are not called to be successful. Rather, we are called to be faithful. Great video - thank you!

you wrote: _"Rather, we are called to be faithful.'_ - to who? because friend, catholicism is most definitely *NOT* faithful to Jesus Christ - simply read John 14:15

Thank you BUT this does not answer the common question. Why would a loving God allow such suffering on the world? If He is sovereign over all things why are children starving, people homeless, etc? I get what you are saying but this is so hard to contemplate sometimes.

i believe the answer is in the book of Job, my friend. in the beginning, God said that sin would lead to death. Satan said sin would lead to life, to wisdom and to being _'as God'_ - Genesis 3. what we now have to go through is the playing out of sin and the total destruction of all, as His Word says would be. Job is 42 chapters and it gets a bit lengthy and difficult to read after Job's friends come into the story. for time and to keep you focused, i ask you read only the first 3 chapters and the final 5 chapters. so read Job 1-3 and 38-42. i love teaching on this book and it's very enlightening for all to dig into when we really care to understand the mysteries of questions like you've posed. always answer back if you have questions! thanks for reading. former (35 yr) catholic, now Christian and Bible teacher.

@@tony1685 why did you leave the fullness of faith? Thanks btw for the reference to Job. It’s still a mystery to me when I contemplate on this question. Yes, sin is the cause BUT where sin IS, grave abounds more. ☺️ Peace to you and come back to the one tru faith ✝️🙏🏻❤️

@@KW-mz4pn hi friend. you wrote: _'why did you leave the fullness of faith?'_ - i am assuming you're speaking of catholicism? interestingly, when logic and Scripture combine - one can't legitimately even consider catholicism Christianity - as it just doesn't fit His basic criteria. yes, Job was one of the first books i was really amazed and wondering with so much. it's still amazing to see how much God shows us that we are to rely on Him, even when He doesn't give us the answers we are seeking - it's all about Trusting in Him and His Word. and i pray you make it to His church my friend! may He guide your family and you to Truth.

@@tony1685 appreciate your kind response. Will NEVER leave the church started by Christ & His apostles. May I ask who gave Tony the authority to claim His church is based on apostolic teaching. Please don’t say the Bible.

Oh yes that is the one true faith & church the Catholic Church (to be clear).
